This special rosary has been created especially for the Archdiocese of Baltimore to commemorate theNational Eucharistic Congress, the first such gathering in more than 80 years. The rosary features red, white and blue beads to encourage prayers for the USA. The obverse of the medallion features the image of the Assumption of Mary from our own Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Baltimore, America's first cathedral. The medallion's reverse side features the coat of arms of the Archdiocese of Baltimore. It comes with a prayer card and is enclosed in a black rosary case.
